## What to include

* The product name and version
* Your framework and inventory, with their versions
* The server console output from startup, and any `F8` console errors
* The steps that reproduce the problem

## Support scope

Support covers installation, configuration and bugs in the default setup of a product on a framework it supports. Changes outside the default setup, such as custom modifications or edits to other resources, may limit what support can help with.
